We're ready! Julianne starts school one week from today! She'll be in the partial immersion program. Students will spend one-half of the day learning from an english-speaking teacher. The other half of the day will be spent learning from a spanish-speaking teacher. If she does well, she'll continue in the program until she graduates. The goal is for the students to read and speak fluently in a foreign language upon graduation. I'm a little nervous for her, but I know she'll do great!

What a great idea learning Spanish thru out her school years. So much to offer out there in the work force if you can speak another language. I know, for me too..hard to believe she is going to school. Tell her I said Good Luck.....I know she will do well.
