Pool party

Julianne went to a "tea party" (more on this below) this weekend at Reaves' house, and she had a blast. There were two pools, a slip-n-slide, and a snake sprinkler for all the kids. So, DW got Julianne her own pool on Sunday. I can already tell we're going to be using it a lot this summer.

So, about the "tea party." Julianne stays with DW's grandparents (affectionately known as Papa and GG) on Tuesdays, and they have tea parties. When Julianne went to the birthday parties this weekend, she started calling them tea parties, too. No matter how many times we told her it was a birthday party, she still said tea party. She even sang Happy Birthday to Reaves - at his "tea party." Of course, we think it's cute. :-) I thought my little daredevil was going down face first, but she changed her mind at the last second. She attempted this several times, but changed her mind each time.

And, no Sunday afternoon swim-a-thon would be complete without Bay Belle and Jabo in the pictures. They prefer to think of Julianne's swimming pool as the local watering hole.
